6. Exchange & Return Policy

6.1. Deadlines

  • Change of mind: within 7 days after delivery (as per Brazilian Consumer Code – Art. 49)

  • Defects: within 30 days after delivery

6.2. Conditions

Products must be unused, in original packaging, with labels and invoice.

6.3. Exchanges for Defect or Regret

After inspection, customers may receive a refund, exchange, or store credit.

6.4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Regret: paid by customer

  • Defect: paid by the store

  2. Await authorization

  3. Send the product

  4. Receive replacement or refund

6.6. Refund Time

Refunds will be issued within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
